IS THERE A MINIMUM AMOUNT OF CHILDREN NEEDED TO BOOK?

Absolutely not. We pride ourselves on catering to our customers we are happy to look after one or two children right up to a group. The number of children must be confirmed in order for us to make sure we have enough staff on hand.

 

HOW DO I MAKE A BOOKING?

We require anyone wishing to make a booking with ourselves the following: date, address of venue and time required, amount of children and their ages at the time of the event. Once we have received this information we require a booking fee in order for us to secure your date . Full balance is payable 30 days before your event. If it is a last minute booking we require the full balance when booking.

 

IS THERE A DAILY RATE?

We currently offer a daily rate if required. This is based on the number of children attending .  The amount of children can mean you may pay more or less depending on the level of staffing required to follow Ofsted guidelines. We are happy to discuss your own requirements and have plenty of packages to suit. Feel free to contact us for a quote.

 

WHEN DO I NEED TO MAKE A RESERVATION?

We operate a first come first serve basis. We recommend you book well in advance for our services to give us plenty of time to complete risk assessments of your venue and avoid any disappointment. However, there is some occasions were we will be able to cover last minute bookings, do not hesitate to get in contact for our availability.

 

WHAT IS YOUR CHANGE POLICY?

If you do require to change anything about your booking with us we request that it is done no later than 4 weeks before your event. We unfortunately cannot take any responsibility for any changes after this time. We follow guidelines to staff to child ratio , therefore we ask plenty of notice if the number of children is likely to change so we can make sure there is enough staff.

 

DO YOU HAVE AN EMERGENCY NUMBER?

We require all parents or carers to provide us with contact details in case of emergency. As we will be at the venue we are easily reachable to any parents who may be concerned about how their child is settling.

 

WHAT ARE YOUR PAYMENT POLICIES?

We require a deposit to secure your booking with us.  The full balance amount is to be paid 6 weeks before the event. Deposits are non refundable. Short notice booking will be expected to pay the full balance when booking.
